Golds Bets Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

By accessing, registering on, or using the Golds Bets platform in any way — whether through a browser on your mobile device, a desktop computer, or any other access method — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use the Golds Bets platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the player, and Golds Bets. They apply to all games, payment services, promotional offers, the referral programme, and any other feature offered on the platform now or in the future. Where specific games or promotions have their own supplementary rules, those rules apply alongside — not in place of — these Terms and Conditions.

To open and maintain an account on Golds Bets, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform. Golds Bets does not permit minors to register, deposit, or participate in any games. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed and any funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where use of the Golds Bets platform is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by Golds Bets or any associated gaming body. If you have previously self-excluded from Golds Bets, attempting to register a new account constitutes a breach of these terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets. All accounts on Golds Bets are strictly personal and may not be operated as a proxy or agent for a third party.
• You must not have previously had an account on Golds Bets closed for cause, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, abuse of bonuses, or misrepresentation of identity.

Golds Bets reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or address at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification.

Each player may hold only one active account on Golds Bets. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, another name, or shared with another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and potential forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information to Golds Bets is a serious breach of these terms and may result in criminal liability in addition to account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Golds Bets strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. You must notify Golds Bets immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Golds Bets will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Golds Bets supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR with no currency conversion charges applied by Golds Bets.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are typically credited to your Golds Bets account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. In rare cases involving banking system delays, credits may take longer. Golds Bets does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Golds Bets targets processing all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Golds Bets reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits by the same account holder, and only in the name matching the registered account.

• Withdrawals to a third party or to payment methods not used for deposits are not permitted.
• Golds Bets may request additional documentation for large withdrawals as part of standard compliance procedures.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, Golds Bets reserves the right to correct the balance and recover any amounts erroneously paid out.
• Accounts with pending identity verification cannot process withdrawals until verification is completed.

Golds Bets offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards through the Refer a Friend programme, and tournament prize credits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general provisions in this section.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms, bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times — stated in each promotion — before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount received. Real money in your account is always used before bonus funds when placing bets.

• Bonuses are issued at Golds Bets's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time with reasonable notice.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or systematically extract value from bonus structures — including through low-risk betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• Referral bonuses under the Golds Bets Refer a Friend programme are only issued after the referred player makes a qualifying deposit and completes the required activity. Self-referrals are not permitted.
• Tournament prizes are paid as bonus credits unless specifically stated as cash prizes in the tournament terms.

All games on the Golds Bets platform — including cricket betting, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Aviator Game, Card Games, and Ludo Games — are governed by individual game rules published within each game's interface. These Terms and Conditions apply alongside those individual rules.

Crash games such as the Aviator Game use a provably fair algorithm. The outcome of each round is determined before the round begins using a cryptographic seed system, and the results are verifiable by players after each round. Golds Bets does not and cannot manipulate the outcome of provably fair games.

Live dealer games including Teen Patti and Andar Bahar are conducted by professional dealers operating with physical card decks in a regulated studio environment. Any dispute about a live dealer result will be reviewed against the recorded footage of the relevant round. The recorded footage is the definitive record.

In the event of a technical malfunction during any game round on Golds Bets — including server disconnection, display errors, or calculation errors — Golds Bets reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. Golds Bets will not pay out results generated through a technical error, regardless of what the game interface may have displayed during the malfunction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Golds Bets platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening more than one account on Golds Bets, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including coordinating bets or sharing card information in live dealer games.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, automated betting system, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an advantage in any game on Golds Bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Golds Bets platform. Any such bugs discovered must be reported to Golds Bets support immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Money laundering or using the Golds Bets platform for any transaction that may constitute money laundering, tax evasion, or other financial crime.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Golds Bets staff or other players through any channel.

Golds Bets reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time where there is reasonable cause to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been breached, where fraud or abuse is suspected, where verification requirements have not been met, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus credits will be forfeited. Golds Bets will make a determination about withdrawable real-money balances on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach — for example, at the player's own request — all verified real-money balances will be returned to the player through their registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account may do so at any time by contacting Golds Bets support at support@goldsbets.ws. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Players exercising self-exclusion under responsible gaming provisions should refer to Section 9 for specific procedures.

Golds Bets is not responsible for any third-party services, including payment providers, that you use in connection with your Golds Bets account. Any disputes with payment providers must be taken up directly with those providers.

Golds Bets reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, Golds Bets will provide notice to registered players by email or via a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications and non-material edits may be made without advance notice.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Golds Bets platform after any change to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
